Holiday Cards … Already?!

October 19, 2011

I’m taking a break from the regularly-scheduled barrage of fall posts to bring you … holiday cards. I know what you’re thinking — it’s only October. But if you’re like me, Thanksgiving weekend will be here soon enough and you’ll be madly cruising all Web sites looking to order cards by December 1. That is why I have already identified four holiday cards from Tiny Prints. Problem is that I cannot decide which one I like best. So help me, friends. Here are the options.

Card #1 (this is a tri-fold):

Card #2:

Card #3:

Card #4:

What do you think? Which one should I go with for 2011? Leave a comment and help me decide.

I am not being paid for this post. However I am being given free holiday cards from Tiny Prints for the promotion. I love Tiny Prints and would buy their cards in a heartbeat any year. And really, with a job, writing, kid, husband and four animals to finagle, why not promote Tiny Prints and take care of my holiday cards at the same time?!

I think I like #2 best. Although they are all cute! Love the Merry Everything Happy Always on the bottom of #3…that’s such a nice inclusive sentiment.

  2. October 19, 2011 4:38 am

I’m so glad you reminded me! I need to do this! I like 2 and 4.

  3. October 19, 2011 5:15 am

I think I like card #4 the best.

I like #2 followed by #3 the best — good photos, good message and I like the holiday colors. They are all great, though! And thanks for getting me motivated to start thinking about a holiday card. Have to admit, last year was a bit half-hazard, only sent out 8! But I had a 2 month old so no one gave us any grief. This year.. no excuses!

Love Tiny Prints! My vote would be for #2 or #4. I like the pictures and their arrangement the best. But I do love the “merry everything happy always” text in #3. All good options!

I like them all, but I’d probably go with #1, such a lovely family shot!

  7. October 19, 2011 7:58 am

I like #1- simpler the better. Love Tiny Prints.

I like Card #4. I love those colors, and the layout… but more, I like the picture placement you chose, and that your daughter gets to be on there three times! Such happy memories should be shared.

  9. October 19, 2011 9:10 am

Hard decision, I like them all. But, since I have to pick I’ll go with #4!

  10. October 19, 2011 9:26 am

    I like #4

  11. October 19, 2011 9:36 am

All the pix are great! I lean more toward #1 (love the colors and the layout) but love the writing in #3. Hummm, decisions, decisions, decisions 😉

  12. October 19, 2011 9:45 am

Definitely card #4 its everything in one, inclusive, stylish and loving

  13. October 19, 2011 9:45 am

It’s got to be “Peace, Love & Laughter” which during this holiday season is so particularly important to do ourselves, spread to friends and family, and wish for the world. Besides the great pictures of your family, the message is embracing the spirit of the holidays!

    Nice selection. Well done.

#4 is my personal fave. The colors, the layout, the message, it all speaks to me. However, #3 is a close second. Also, I am SO impressed that you are already thinking about this. So. Impressed. Maybe you can teach me how to think ahead. 🙂

    #4 is my vote!

My favorite is #4! This is a great win/win/win! You get to order beautiful holiday cards, we get to see them and Tiny Prints gets to be promoted! Loved getting a sneak peak!

#3. I like how the family shot is the largest in this one. I like #2 also because it has the different photos and I like the colors. I like the colors on #4 too, but the brown background plus pumpkins in pic makes it read more “fall” than December to me.

    It’s really hard to pick!

  18. October 19, 2011 11:08 am

I love #4, but it’s tough competition against #2. I’d pick 4, though. Can’t wait to learn which one you pick!

    Number 4 for me!

#1 all the way for me! Simple, clean design and type. PLUS, any card that can stand on it’s own with a tri-fold automatically earns points. Postcards always fall over for me when I try to display them!

  21. October 19, 2011 2:40 pm

    My vote is for #4!

    Card #4 Leah!!!

    I love number 4!

  24. October 19, 2011 9:27 pm

I like no. 4 the best. The black background makes everything pop out, and I like the sentiments. The pics are obviously awesome!

  25. October 20, 2011 5:47 am

I like #1 and #2, but they all are super and any one would be great as your chosen card. 🙂

  26. October 20, 2011 6:16 am

All cute! #2 stands out the most for some reason.

  27. October 20, 2011 7:46 am

    I like #3.

My mom works for Hallmark and put Christmas cards up yesterday, eek!

  28. October 20, 2011 7:58 am

I like #4, but they’re all good. I always forget to order cards and then I’m scrambling at the last minute. Thanks for the reminder! I think I’ll try Tiny Prints this year.

  29. October 20, 2011 11:16 am

    Love 3 and 4 !!

  30. October 20, 2011 3:19 pm

#4 for me, but you can’t go wrong with any of the cards with that beautiful family of yours :>)

  31. October 20, 2011 5:06 pm

Love this. And tomorrow my girls are making your cake balls. Fun!

  32. October 20, 2011 9:31 pm

Thanks for all the votes everyone! It seems the winners are #4 and quite a few of you like #1. And many of you commented on the wording on #3. Now to decide. I’ll report back!

    Hi Leah,

My two cents would be in favor of card #4! I just popped in fom E.C. Congrats on being a “Lovely Blog” nominee. I’m in good company I see. Lovely blog. Hugs, Margie

Laura! You are certainly ahead of the curve this year! Fantastic! I’m just hoping to get a few cards into the mail this year! Great job! I vote for #4!
