Photographing Three Generations

April 9, 2011

My mom, Sophie and I enjoyed a family photo shoot from my friend Ron with ZoomShots Photography. Ron is an amazing photographer whose photos range from family (like you’ll see below) to sporting events to San Dight nights.

Ron did an amazing job capturing the outdoor beauty, the three of us just hanging out, enjoying each other’s company, and examining nature.

Wouldn’t photo like these make a wonderful Mother’s Day gift for your mom, grandmother, or spouse? Lucky for you, Ron is offering a “Friends of Leah” special so YOU can enjoy photos like this too. Just click over to ZoomShots Photo Blog to learn more.

By the way, even if you’re not a Southern California resident or interested in the “Friends of Leah” special, still check out Ron’s blog. He has great photo tutorials that will help you better use your camera.

Beautiful photos! I especially love the one of you and Sophie lying in the grass head to head–it really captures the feelings of the mom-daughter relationship! The shots of Sophie with your mom are just lovely, too (you’re so fortunate to have these beautiful pictures of them together–I have none.). Your friend Ron did an amazing job–no chance he’ll be in Maine, huh? 🙂

Thanks, Julia. These kinds of photos are important to me, so I’m glad I have them too. I’ll ask Ron if he’s going to the East Coast anytime soon.

Thanks so much, Melissa. I told VV that my mom is pointing out a grasshopper to Sophie. I love it too because they’re both so engrossed in the little creature.

Beautiful photos to treasure for generations to come. It’s so important to take time to do this. And you all look like you were having a great time. Your daughter is just precious!

Thanks, Cynthia. Funny because this shoot almost didn’t happen. It took about three attempts to schedule it. And finally, it worked. As you can tell by the photos, I’m glad it did.

Fabulous. I agree with Melissa. My favorite is the one where your mother is pointing at something in the grass and Sophie is looking. These are beautiful pictures, just like the three of you!
