    Beautiful pictures, Leah!

In our condo complex, there are many signs of spring — berry bushes are flowering, birds of paradise are blooming and the empty lot next to our complex sports wildflowers aplenty. Combine that with the on-and-off weather we’re experiencing and it definitely feels like spring!

I live in Calgary Alberta- and although some Canada Geese have returned- we are still a dead looking place-spring is late here. But I will enjoy the photos & dream of what is to come.

The freesias are BEAUTIFUL! One of my very favorite flowers! We are now having some small signs of spring: crocuses are blooming, the geese have returned (just as for Sue), flocks of redwing blackbirds are arriving, and for the past two days I’ve seen a bluebird (the first I’ve ever seen!!) on our dog walk. It even got up to 60 degrees the past two days! YAHOOIE for SPRING! 🙂

Yes!! It was 80 here in Minnesota today. crazy! Meanwhile, it’s put me out of sync. I have nothing to wear and neither do my kids.

Don’t you just love spring planting, Leah? It is still a little to early to plant here. We still could get a freeze before the warmer weather is here to stay. I’m itching to get out in my little courtyard and spruce it up. Your pictures put me even more in the mood.

Indeed. The azaleas, dogwoods, and creeping phlox are out in full force now.
