These four ladies placed second in the 4×100 relay race yesterday at our first outdoor track meet of the season. But before that, they huddled together, gave each other some encouraging words and said a prayer while all holding the baton. … I felt honored and humbled to witness this moment. Running has always been more than the act of moving for me. This is one of those times I deeply felt that idea. 💙🤍🙏🏼
