Last week, I traveled to Arlington, Virginia to attend the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Level I coaching training to become a certified running coach. The training happened to be part of the RRCA’s national convention, which gave me the added bonus of being able to attend some of the conference events, including a fantastic keynote speech by Martinus Evans. I had such a great few days! The training was great and I learned so much. I met people from running clubs across the country and had time to run (and walk) around Arlington and Washington, D.C. And, as an added bonus, I left with a ton of running swag!
