Last night, I led a group of eight women in a “Self Exploration Through Writing” workshop at Illumination Wellness Co. This workshop and these women at this magical space is what my soul needed. It was such a beautiful evening of writing, self-discovery and CONNECTING. There was so much power in the words, feelings and ideas we discussed and I was left so energized seeing these women write. Thank you Illumination Wellness Company for not only allowing me to host this workshop, but for having such a powerful and needed space for this community.
