Sometimes I wonder how I ended up with this kid of mine. She’s an extrovert, performer and incredible singer and dancer. I’m none of those things, but they’re all Sophie. Tonight she sang the National Anthem in front of a crowded gym at the first middle school basketball game of the season. And then she performed her dance routine alongside her dance teammates. She sang beautifully and with grace. And I couldn’t be more proud of her. ❤️
