I’m an introvert and crave solitude.
The West Wing is my favorite show, and Aaron Sorkin is my hero (except for the cocaine part).
I lived in my college residence hall (aka dormitory) for three years.
I don’t know how to change a tire. And I don’t care to learn (which is why I have a Triple A membership).
When Bryan and I go places, I drive 98% of the time.
I took cake decorating six years ago.
Me (pre-Sophie) and the Big Bird cake I made (2005)I like older and folksy musicians that tell stories — James Taylor, Brandi Carlile, Lyle Lovett, Mary Chapin Carpenter.
I love the name Olivia.
I can’t eat rice crispy treats (food aversion).
I’m a night owl. (Okay, you probably knew that based on when I post.)
I’m a candy junkie.
When I was in middle school, I had four ingrown toe nail surgeries.
My first job was at a Dairy Queen. I can still dip a cone like the best of ’em.
I’ve never seen Forrest Gump (and I have no desire to).
When I was a kid, I was obsessed with the Miss Universe pageant.
My first car was my Grandfather’s Chrysler LeBaron convertible. I truly believe that car was haunted because he hit a bear with it in Lake Tahoe.
I’ve never had a cavity.
I drink a glass of non-fat milk with dinner nearly every night. (Perhaps why I don’t have cavities.)
Bryan and I have been known to discover a TV show and watch every single episode in a marathon weekend: Arrested Development, House, Freaks and Geeks, Law and Order: SVU (That one’s mine; Bryan hates that show).
I love the Peanuts characters!
I traveled to Israel in December 1996 and spent that New Year’s Eve in a Tel Aviv cafe.
I am among many Scorpios. My mom’s birthday is November 5. My birthday is November 6. My mother-in-law’s birthday is November 6. My late grandfather’s birthday is November 8. Sophie’s birthday is November 9.
Up until a few years ago, in order to fall asleep I would make up scenarios and create dialogue in my head based on television and movie characters I liked.
So what don’t I know about you?
